Author: The imminent launch of the new iOS5 software for the iPhone 4 looks to breathe fresh life into a handset that has just celebrated its first birthday. A host of improvements are present on the new platform including enhanced camera facilities and full Twitter integration. Another area which has seen an overhaul is the way that users receive notifications and this is the area that I would like to look at in a little more depth.
